Parking

The ticket is issued automatically at the entrance once the number plate has been read. Parking can be paid for at a pay machine, and Aena Club members can also pay in the Aena app. A space can be booked in the Aena app or on the parking.aena.es website; bookings are made at least 3 hours before entry. A booking does not reserve a specific space: you can take any free space in the chosen car park.

  Located next to the passenger terminal, very close to the Instituto Feiral de Vigo (IFEVI). Open around the clock. 950 spaces, 22 of them for people with reduced mobility. There are pay machines, a cash desk, mobile payment and charging stations for electric vehicles. Clearance height 2.2 metres. The car park office is located on floor 0.

  Lounge for passengers on Schengen and non-Schengen flights. It is located on the upper floor of the terminal (1st floor, boarding area).   Connect to the Airport Free Wifi Aena network and log in on the portal: as a guest with an email address, with an Aena Club account or by registering with Aena Club. 15 minutes of free internet are provided for confirming the email address. After the account has been confirmed, internet access is not limited in time.

  Barrier Free assistance service
  Assistance service for people with reduced mobility and people with disabilities. Assistance must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure: when booking the ticket through the airline or travel agency, on the Aena website, in the Aena app or by phone on (+34) 91 321 10 00. It is recommended to arrive two and a half hours before departure; you must arrive at the meeting point at least two hours before departure. A member of staff accompanies the passenger from the meeting point through check-in and security control to the boarding gate and, if necessary, to their seat on the aircraft. After arrival the passenger is helped to leave the aircraft, collect their baggage and reach the chosen meeting point.
