Parking

At the entrance a camera reads the number plate and the ticket is issued automatically; the car can be parked in any free space. Parking can be paid for at the automatic pay machines, at the cash desk or by mobile. A space can be booked in the Aena app, at parking.aena.es or by phone; bookings are made at least 3 hours before entry.

• General car park
  The general car park is located in the passenger terminal, with access to the departures and arrivals floors by lift or stairs. Suitable for stays of less than 4 days, and for picking up and dropping off passengers. More than 1,300 spaces, open 24 hours, with video surveillance, spaces for people with reduced mobility and charging stations for electric vehicles. Clearance height 2.2 metres. The car park office is on floor S4. Entry without a prior booking is guaranteed.

  Lounge for passengers on Schengen and non-Schengen flights. Located on the upper floor of the terminal (1st floor, boarding area). The lounge has a reception desk, flight information, digital press, Wi-Fi, food, including gluten-free and dietary options, a children's area, luggage storage and a printer.   Connect to the Airport Free Wifi Aena network and log in to the portal: with an email address as a guest, with an Aena Club account or by registering with Aena Club.   Marked meeting points are located inside and outside the terminal. There the passenger reports their arrival, and a member of the service staff accompanies them to their seat on the aircraft. It is recommended to arrive two and a half hours before departure; you must be at the meeting point at least two hours before departure.
