Parking

A space can be booked in the Aena app, on the parking.aena.es website or by phone on (+34) 91 321 10 00. Bookings must be made at least 3 hours before entry. A booking does not reserve a specific space: the car can be parked in any free space in the chosen car park.

  General car park next to the terminal, a minute away from it. Suitable for stays of up to 4 days, as well as for picking up and dropping off passengers. Open around the clock, with video surveillance. 1,746 spaces, of which 23 are for people with reduced mobility. There are charging stations for electric vehicles. Height clearance 2.30 metres. The car park office is on the ground floor (Ground floor). Payment: at the pay desk, by mobile or by number plate.

  Long-stay car park, a 5-minute walk from the terminal. Entry only for cars with a prior booking. Open around the clock, with video surveillance. 638 spaces, of which 20 are for people with reduced mobility. Payment by mobile or by number plate.

  Paid car park for motorcycles, intended for passengers and employees. A ticket must be taken at the entrance; payment is made at the exit barrier. Open around the clock, with covered spaces.

  Two adjacent areas on level 0 by the outer pavement of the arrivals area, 55 metres from the main entrance to the departures area. Free of charge, open around the clock. There is no dedicated security, but there are entrances with video surveillance nearby.

  Lounge for passengers on Schengen and non-Schengen flights. Located in the boarding area, level P1 (first floor). The lounge has Wi-Fi, food and drink, work areas, a rest area, showers, a children's area and left luggage. The lounge is accessible for people with reduced mobility, and animals are allowed. Entry is free for holders of business class tickets and club cards of partner airlines; other passengers can use the lounge for a fee.   The airport's free network. You can log in to the portal as a guest with an email address or with an Aena Club account. After logging in, a confirmation email is sent; 15 minutes of internet access are given to confirm the address. After confirmation, internet access is not limited in time.

  Barrier Free assistance service
  Aena's assistance service for people with disabilities and reduced mobility. The request must be made at least 48 hours before departure: when buying the ticket from the airline or travel agency, on the Aena website or in the Aena app, or by phone on (+34) 91 321 10 00. Email: sinbarreras@aena.es. It is recommended to arrive two and a half hours before departure; you must be at the meeting point at least two hours before departure. A member of staff accompanies the passenger from the meeting point through check-in and security control to the boarding gate and, if necessary, to the seat on the aircraft. After arrival, staff help the passenger leave the aircraft, collect baggage and reach the chosen meeting point. Minors and people who cannot manage without the help of another person must have a companion.
