  The airport's only terminal; handles all departing and arriving flights.
  Two-level building with an area of 13,380 m². On the lower floor there are 21 check-in desks, 4 security checkpoints, duty-free shops and boarding gates (GATE); on the upper floor there are the offices of airport staff, the border guard and customs. The departure and arrival halls are located on the same level.

Getting to the airport

• TrainKoleje Mazowieckie / TLK / EIC train to Modlin station
  There is no direct rail connection to the airport terminal: Koleje Mazowieckie trains, as well as TLK and EIC long-distance trains, stop at Modlin station (for long-distance services — at Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki station). From there a separate shuttle bus runs to the terminal.

• BusCONTBUS≈ 45 min
  CONTBUS operates several dozen direct express services a day between Modlin airport and the centre of Warsaw (tickets are available on the website www.contbus.pl, “BUY TICKET” tab). In Warsaw the buses depart from and arrive at the stop near the Marriott hotel (corner of T. Chałubińskiego and Nowogrodzka streets), about 100 metres from the Central Station. Services are usually operated by air-conditioned VDL buses. The journey time is usually about 45 minutes.

• BusFlixBus
  FlixBus operates direct services between Modlin airport and more than 80 cities in Poland (including Bydgoszcz, Gdynia, Olsztyn, Wrocław, Zakopane, Radom, Kielce). There are three stops in Warsaw: the Warsaw West bus station (Warszawa Zachodnia, Aleje Jerozolimskie 144), Młociny metro station (ul. Jana Kasprowicza 145) and Chopin airport (ul. Żwirki i Wigury 1). The buses have free Wi-Fi, a toilet and power sockets; the ticket allows one piece of hand luggage and one main piece of baggage weighing up to 20 kg.

• ShuttleKoleje Mazowieckie shuttle bus (Modlin station — terminal)
  Special buses in Koleje Mazowieckie colours run between Modlin railway station and the airport terminal at intervals of about 20–30 minutes; capacity is up to 70 passengers, the interior is air-conditioned and adapted for persons with disabilities. The bus timetable is coordinated with train arrivals/departures.

Parking

• P1 — short-term car park (hourly) · short stay
  The car park closest to the terminal, with 600 spaces; intended for passengers who value time and comfort (short trips of a few days or one-day business trips). Equipped with an automated payment system (card or cash; mixed payment and foreign currency are not accepted). Payment is made before exit at one of the 3 pay machines along the pedestrian paths to the car park.
• P3 — medium-term car park (hourly)
  A car park with 200 spaces, located 500 metres from the terminal building; intended for passengers who value time and comfort. The payment system and conditions are the same as at P1.
• P7 — long-term car park · long stay
  A car park for passengers who are setting off on a longer trip or looking for a more economical option; located on the airport grounds 3 km from the terminal towards Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, next to road 62. A free transfer in both directions, directly to the terminal, is provided for P7 users.

  Free Wi-Fi in the terminal
  Passengers have free access to Wi-Fi throughout the passenger terminal. The only condition for using the internet is to download the airport's official PDF magazine “Hello Modlin”.
• Accessibility
  Assistance for passengers with reduced mobility (PRM)
  Assistance for persons with disabilities and reduced mobility at Modlin airport is provided by the ground handling agent Welcome Airport Services Sp. z o.o. at no additional charge, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006. The point where requests are accepted is located in the public area of the terminal near the ticket desks marked with the Welcome Airport Services logo (in the corner of the hall to the right of the check-in desks). A request for assistance can also be made immediately on arrival at the airport via two SOS/PRM panels near the entrance to the departure hall. Assistance is provided both to departing and to arriving passengers. Special parking spaces for persons with disabilities, located closest to the terminal, are designated on the airport grounds. Security staff have been trained in the screening of persons with disabilities and reduced mobility. Since 2 November 2022 the airport has taken part in the “Hidden Disabilities Sunflower” programme (a sunflower on a green background) — a symbol that discreetly indicates a passenger's need for additional support; lanyards with the programme logo are issued at the airport information desk.
