Parking

A parking space can be booked in the Aena App, on the website parking.aena.es or by phone on (+34) 91 321 10 00. The booking must be made at least 3 hours before entry. A booking does not reserve a specific space. Prepaid booking is available only through tour operators and companies with which Aena has an agreement.

• La Palma Car Park
  The airport's official car park. Open from 6:00 to 22:30, with an extension of up to two hours if flights are delayed. The number plate is read at the entrance, and you need to press the red button to get a ticket. Payment is made at the pay machine or, for Aena Club members, in the official Aena app.

  Aena's assistance service for people with reduced mobility and with disabilities. Assistance must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure: when booking the ticket through the airline or travel agency, as well as on the Aena website, in the official Aena app or by phone on (+34) 91 321 10 00. E-mail: sinbarreras@aena.es. It is recommended to arrive two and a half hours before departure; you must be at the meeting point at least two hours before departure. Meeting points are marked inside and outside the terminal. An assistant accompanies the passenger to the check-in desk, through security control, to the boarding gate and, if necessary, to their seat on the aircraft. Minors and people who cannot manage without the help of another person must be accompanied.

  Accessible toilets are located in all areas of the airport. Their location is marked on the airport maps. Aena airports also have toilets adapted for people with a stoma.
