Parking

A space can be booked in the Aena app, on the parking.aena.es website or by telephone on (+34) 91 321 10 00. Bookings must be made at least 3 hours before entry. A booking does not reserve a specific space: the car can be parked in any free space in the chosen car park.

  General car park a few metres from the terminal, which can be reached on foot in one minute. Suitable for stays of less than 4 days, and for picking up and dropping off passengers. It has direct access to the departures area. The clearance height is 2.3 metres. There are charging stations for electric vehicles and mobile payment.

Email: sinbarreras@aena.es. Passengers are advised to arrive two and a half hours before departure; you must be at the meeting point at least two hours before departure. A member of staff accompanies the passenger from the meeting point through check-in and security control to the boarding gate and, if necessary, to the seat on the aircraft. After arrival, passengers are helped to leave the aircraft, collect their baggage and reach the chosen meeting point. Minors and people who cannot manage without the help of others must have a companion.
