Getting to the airport

Parking

At the entrance the number plate is read automatically, and the ticket is issued without pressing any buttons. Before leaving, parking is paid for at a pay machine; Aena Club members can pay in the official Aena app. A space can be booked in the Aena app, on the parking.aena.es website or by telephone on (+34) 91 321 10 00. Bookings must be made at least 3 hours before entry. A booking does not reserve a specific space: the car is parked in any free space in the chosen car park.

• General car park
  Located a few metres from the terminal, which can be reached on foot in a minute. An enclosed area with covered spaces, staff and security guards; the clearance height is 2.5 metres. Video surveillance 24 hours a day, charging stations for electric vehicles, spaces for people with reduced mobility, mobile payment. Priority for customers without a booking.

• Long-stay car park P2 · long stay
  Car park for long trips, located very close to the terminal building. Priority for customers with a booking. It is connected to the General car park: if you entered through the wrong barrier, there is no need to drive out, as ramps lead to the upper level.

  Meeting points and assistance
  Marked meeting points are located inside and outside the terminal: in the car park, in front of the arrivals area, and in the check-in area. You must arrive at the meeting point at least two hours before departure. An assistant helps with baggage and accompanies the passenger to the check-in desk, through security control, to the boarding gate and, if necessary, to the seat on the aircraft. After arrival, the passenger is accompanied to the baggage reclaim hall and to the chosen meeting point.
